How is my order processed?
Once the purchase is made and payment is made, we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. To improve our shipping times and offer a better experience to our customers, we made the decision to work only with FedEx, Estafeta and PaqueteExpress. Our shipping options are:

Express (Mexican Republic) - 1 to 3 business days
International Shipping - 5 to 10 business days
If you live in an area far from the main cities in the country, your order may take 1-7 days longer.
Do you ship to countries outside of Mexico?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For international shipments the shipping cost is 15 USD and we ship via FedEx.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We guarantee that all orders will be shipped on time unless we have delays beyond our control (problems with the parcel service, natural disasters in the shipping area, etc.) or a notice on our website about delays for a certain product.

How do I know what the shipping cost will be for a part I want to purchase?
Once you have your shopping cart ready, you can select the option "Go to checkout page". There we will give you detailed information about the cost of your shipping depending on the option you choose, whether it is Standard or Express.
How is the process of tracking my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will be sent a confirmation email where you will be able to check the full details of your order. Once your shipment is on its way, we will send you another email within 24-48 hours to notify you of the tracking number so you can track exactly when your order will arrive.
I need my item shipped faster; do you have faster shipping services?

How do I know if my order has already been delivered?
For orders delivered to home delivery, the name and signature of the person receiving the goods will be requested as proof that the goods were delivered in perfect condition. For orders sent domestically, the courier company will be responsible for collecting the corresponding information.
