If your country is not listed above, unfortunately we are not able to ship to that destination at this time.

International shipping rates vary by destination and shipping origin:
Shipments from Monterrey, Mexico
- For orders shipped to Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala, Spain, and Peru, the international shipping fee is USD $15 or €15, depending on the destination.
Shipments from Laredo, Texas (USA)
- For orders shipped to Canada, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Korea, shipping rates are:
- Standard shipping: USD $8
- Express shipping: USD $12
United States and Mexico orders have lower domestic shipping rates, as they are not considered international shipments. Final shipping costs are always shown at checkout.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
In general:
- Express shipping: approximately 3–4 business days
- Standard shipping: approximately 5–10 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. All international orders must go through customs, and clearance times may occasionally take longer than expected. Customs processing is outside of our control, and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Duties & Customs
Yes. Our prices include the cost of the product and shipping; however, international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country’s customs authorities.
If applicable, your local customs office or carrier will usually contact you by email to inform you of any outstanding balance that must be paid before delivery.
No. Customs duties, taxes, or tariffs are not included in international orders. Your payment covers the cost of the product and the shipping fee only.
If customs fees or import taxes are refused, the shipment may be held by customs and considered abandoned. In these cases, the order cannot be delivered and we are unable to offer a refund for the product or shipping costs.
International orders are shipped with the understanding that any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays & Tracking
Yes. International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities, which can occasionally cause delays. Customs procedures and inspection times vary by country, and these delays are outside of our control.
Once your order is confirmed, tracking information is usually generated within 1–2 business days. We recommend checking your tracking status regularly, as customs or the carrier may require additional information to complete the import process.
If your package has not shown movement for several days, it may be due to customs processing. We recommend contacting our support team by filling out the form below, and also reaching out directly to the carrier to confirm whether any additional information is required to complete delivery.
Returns
Yes. We accept international returns for eligible items that meet our return conditions. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and not personalized or engraved.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping from their country to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

No. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by your local customs authority. Original shipping fees are also non-refundable. However, the amount you paid for the product itself is refundable once the return is received and approved.
