SHIPPING
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been fulfilled. You can also access your tracking details by logging into your Venner account from our homepage or through our customer support widget on the bottom right of your screen.
Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to update after your order has shipped. For additional shipping or tracking inquiries, we recommend contacting the courier directly, as we receive the same tracking updates you do once your package is on its way.
Some countries may impose additional taxes or duties (such as VAT) on imported goods. You will be responsible for any such charges applied by your government in order to receive your package.
At Venner, we’ll do our best to provide a smooth international shipping experience, but please note that once your order enters your country, the process is managed by local customs and postal authorities — which is outside of our control.
If a package goes unclaimed and is returned to us, we’re unable to refund the original shipping charges. The length of time a package may be held in customs varies by country, and unfortunately, we do not have a way to contact these offices directly.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, simply email your order number, full name, and new address (if you are updating your shipping details) to contact@vennershop.com.
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days after being placed. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes. Please note that even if your order hasn’t shipped yet, it may already be too late to update or cancel it.
After shipping, it is not possible for us to change the delivery address, cancel the order, or upgrade the shipping method. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes! Venner ships worldwide so you can enjoy our gear wherever your travels take you.
However, there are a few countries we currently do not ship to:

We’re sorry to hear about the delay. While we do our best to make sure your order is shipped out quickly, once a package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are no longer within our control. They depend entirely on the shipping company handling your order.
All shipping updates we receive come directly from the carrier, so we don’t have additional details beyond what they provide.
Here’s what you can do:
- Check your tracking number - provided in your shipping confirmation email or you can log in to your account and check the shipping information.
- Contact the carrier directly - they’ll have the most up-to-date information on your package.

PRODUCT
At Venner, we carefully select materials that balance durability, function, and style. Here’s a quick guide to the main materials we use:
Real Leather
- Premium, natural material that develops a unique patina over time.
- Long-lasting, strong, and ideal for items like wallets and passport holders.
- Every piece is slightly unique due to natural grain variations.
Microfiber PU Leather
- High-quality synthetic alternative to genuine leather.
- Lightweight, smooth finish, and resistant to scratches or water.
- Great for customers looking for a sleek, durable option that is also more affordable and animal-friendly.
Nylon & Ripstop Nylon
- Tough, lightweight, and resistant to tears and abrasions.
- Commonly used in our backpacks, toiletry bags, and travel gear.
- Handles heavy daily use while remaining flexible and easy to clean.
Polyester
- Strong, lightweight synthetic fabric.
- Resistant to shrinking and stretching, and dries quickly.
- Often used as interior lining or reinforcement in bags to add structure and durability.
SBS Zippers
- We use SBS zippers, one of the world’s leading zipper brands.
- Known for smooth operation, long-lasting teeth and pulls, and resistance to breaking or snagging.
- Trusted by many premium luggage and outdoor brands for reliability.
Some Venner products are designed with waterproof materials and zippers, giving them strong protection against rain, spills, or splashes. These include:
- Venner Backpack – made with waterproof nylon and SBS waterproof zippers.
- Toiletry Bag – built with waterproof nylon and interior coating for extra protection.
- Shoe Bag – crafted with water-resistant polyester and waterproof zippers to keep contents dry.
These products are considered waterproof/resistant, meaning they are built to keep your belongings safe in most everyday wet conditions.
Our leather products (such as wallets and passport holders) are naturally resistant to small amounts of water (like light rain or accidental spills). However, because leather is a natural material, they are not fully waterproof and should be kept away from heavy moisture to maintain their look and durability.
PAYMENTS
Click on the "Apply Coupon Code" link on the right-hand side of the checkout screen. Then enter your code in the box.
Clicking the "COMPLETE SECURE CHECKOUT" button will finish your checkout process and process your payment.
Please email contact@vennershop.com with the following so we can investigate and recreate your order if needed:
- Full name
- Email used at checkout (and/or your PayPal email, if applicable)
- Order number (if you have one)
- Items purchased (product names/quantities)
- Proof of payment (screenshot or PDF showing the charge was completed)
- Shipping address (to confirm fulfillment details)
Once we verify the payment on our end, we’ll quickly rebuild your order and send a new confirmation email.

WARRANTY
We’re committed to building some of the best bags in the world. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.
Warranty length:
- Bags (backpacks, toiletry bags, packing cubes, shoe bags): 1 year warranty from purchase.
- Wallets, Passport Holders, small accessories carry a 100-day warranty from purchase.
How to file a claim
You can send us your inquiry on our Warranty & Repairs page and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

- Order number (or proof of purchase)
- Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of what happened
We’ll assess the claim and, if it’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair it free of charge. If a repair isn’t feasible, we’ll replace the item with the same (or comparable) product, or offer store credit of equal value.
Local repair option (with approval)
Sometimes it’s faster to use a trusted local bag repair shop. If we approve this route in advance, Venner will cover the repair cost (please keep your itemized receipt). Prior email approval is required.
Shipping your bag to us
If we ask you to send the product in for evaluation/repair, please use a tracked service. Return postage to Venner is arranged and paid by you; we can’t refund shipping costs or accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
What’s covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Damage that occurs during transit to you (please notify us promptly and include photos of packaging and the product)
What’s not covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scuffs, cosmetic marks, fabric aging)
- Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Deliberate damage (e.g., cuts, slashes, burns)
- Modifications or third-party repairs not approved by Venner

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your Venner gear. If you’d like to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:
- Contact us first – Visit our Warranty & Repairs page and fill out the form with your inquiry and our team will contact you shortly regarding your case.
- We’ll guide you – Our customer support team will confirm eligibility and send you instructions on how to return the item and/or receive a refund.
- Send it back – Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Please use a tracked shipping service, as Venner cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Get your exchange or refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or issue your refund/store credit (depending on your preference and eligibility).
Important notes:
- Returns/exchanges must be initiated within the allowed return window (check our Returns Policy page for details).
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your item qualifies under our warranty policy, we’ll either repair, replace, or refund it at no additional cost.
Yes - you can return items from different orders in one package to save on shipping, as long as:
- Each item meets our return/exchange requirements (within the return window, in original condition/packaging).
- You clearly include the order numbers for all items inside the return package so our team can process them correctly.
Just email us first at contact@vennershop.com with both order numbers and the items you plan to return, and we’ll confirm the next steps.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for your return to be fully processed once it has arrived at our warehouse. As soon as your refund has been issued, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If it has been longer than 10 business days since your return was delivered to us, please contact our support team at contact@vennershop.com with your order number and tracking details, and we’ll be happy to assist.
