At Venner, your satisfaction is our priority. We design our products with high-quality materials and craftsmanship so they can travel with you for years. Still, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. To keep things simple and transparent, we’ve set clear policies for returns, exchanges, and warranty coverage.
Returns & Exchanges
Damaged Items
- If you receive a damaged product, you can request an exchange or return with no additional cost.
- To process your request, we’ll need clear photo or video evidence showing the damage.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange the exchange or refund promptly.
Wrong Item Received
- If the product you received is different from what you ordered, you’re entitled to a replacement.
- Please provide proof showing the mismatch with your original order.
- After confirmation, we’ll send you the correct item as quickly as possible.
Warranty Coverage
All Venner products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship:
- Wallets, passport holders, and small accessories → 100-day warranty
- Bags (backpacks, toiletry bags, packing cubes, shoe bags) → 1-year warranty
The warranty covers issues such as:
- Premature wear and tear
- Broken zippers, seams, or hardware
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship
Warranty Exceptions
- Claims made after the warranty period (100 days or 1 year depending on product type) are not eligible.
- Warranty does not cover normal aging, misuse, or damage caused by accidents.
- All warranty or return requests must include clear evidence of the defect or issue.
