Redeeming products with your points is easy, and it’s a great way to use your rewards. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your Rewards Account.
2. Add the product(s) you want to your cart.
3. Visit the Rewards Page and select the product you’d like to redeem.
4. The product will automatically appear in your cart.
5. Complete checkout as usual.

Note: A minimum purchase of $50 (before taxes and shipping) is required to redeem points for products.

Yes, you can redeem up to 400 points per order.

Once you’ve added your birthday to your account, you’ll receive your points 20 days after your birthday. If your birthday has already passed, don’t worry-you’ll get your points next year.

If you made an exchange and noticed your points disappeared, reach out to us at contact@vennershop.com with your order details. We’ll make sure your points get credited back.
